Delivery

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, faulty, or do not match the order details. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

Upon review, we will issue a return authorisation and share detailed instructions. Kindly note that returns without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
